1. Arts Development Worker
2. Marketing & Social Media Development Worker
3. Racial Minority Groups' Development Worker

Salary: £21,590 (for each of the 3 posts)

We are looking for 3 full-time (37 hours per week) dynamic community minded individuals with excellent listening and communication skills who understand the relevant issues facing people in Highfields and Leicester(shire).

This is a development role, funded for 2 years by Power to Change–Community Business Award, specifically to enhance (new) service provision and effect positive changes in both the local communities and the partner organisations.

The 3 successful applicants will work closely with people (including their families and friends) who currently use our services, as well as others who may consider doing so going forward, and play an important contribution in how people (post their Covid-19 experiences) return to take up our services. The 3 Development Workers are expected to be not only understanding and responsive but also professional, informative and contribute to the quality and safety of the services that are provided.
