Academic Year 2019 / 2020

Autumn Term 2019
The New Ofsted Framework gives your school the opportunity to develop the offer of all primary curriculum subjects. Find out how this can impact your music provision within school and what is on offer to support you to develop the primary music curriculum. Gain and develop new ideas through conversations with other Primary music subject leads, along with expert knowledge from the Leicester-Shire Schools Music Service team.

Spring Term 2020
The DfE have commissioned a new non-statutory Model Music Curriculum, with ABRSM leading the process. The process includes a panel of 14 experts in the music field plus a consultation process with music professionals. The aim is that the Model Music Curriculum will be available to schools by late Autumn. Find out further details and the expectations of the non-statutory Model Music Curriculum, and how it could impact and add to your current music provision.

Summer Term 2020
