NEW Online Payment Option - We are now able to take online payments for LM CPD Events allowing you to pay quickly and easily, and increasing efficiency all round. Please contact LMfinance@leics.gov.uk if you are unable to pay online.
Confirmation to Attendees - Following booking onto any LM CPD Events, you will receive a confirmation email. This will often contain further information / guidance about your booking. If booking on behalf of others, please forward your confirmation email as relevant.
Early Bird Rate Discounts - Where applicable Early Bird Rate discounts will be applied when you are invoiced for course attendance and will not show up when booking online.
Cancellation Policy - A full refund will be given if 28 days' notice of cancellation is received. Please contact LMTraining@leics.gov.uk should you need to cancel your booking within the 28 day notice period. If the cancellation is within the 28 day period, no refund will be given.
