Instruments can only be hired for Young People up to age 18 either residing in the county of Leicestershire or attending a school within Leicester or Leicestershire. All instrument hire is subject to availability and our terms and conditions. A Discounted Instrument Hire rate of £5 per month will be available to pupils meeting the Help with costs criteria.

Hire Prices
Invoices are emailed at the end of each month for hire sessions taking place during that month and must be paid within 14 days of receipt. Failure to pay on time will result in the hire agreement being cancelled. Invoices are sent monthly from September to June, with no charges in July or August. Instrument Hire for Adults / Organisations
If you are an adult looking to hire an instrument, please contact us via LMInstruments@leics.gov.uk stating which instrument you would like to hire. We can then check availability and contact you to advise and arrange.
