CPD - Becoming an Effective Music Coordinator – Free Introduction

In this session we will explore the multi-faceted role of a music coordinator and will explore ways to create an inclusive musical community in your school.

You will have the opportunity to share your starting points and identify any areas for development from the information shared.

By the end of the session you will be armed with ideas, free resources and the knowledge to begin your journey to becoming an effective music coordinator.

This is suitable for EYFS/KS1/KS2 - Music coordinators and lead music teachers in Primary, SEND and PRU settings.

The Becoming an Effective Music Coordinator course is made up of 5 further modules in addition to this introduction session.

1 – Using musical instruments in the classroom (28/01/21)

2 – Composing, improvising and doodling (11/03/21)

3 – Using technology in primary music education (29/04/21)

4 – Music across the creative curriculum (13/05/21)

5 – Singing and vocal work (17/06/21)

This 'Introduction' Session is FREE. Sign up to the next 5 sessions at a total cost of £100 which includes a baseline Quality Mark meeting and a Quality Mark review, plus a certification of completion.

Delegates who wish to sign up for individual sessions can do so at a cost of £30 per session
