Ensemble Gala

An Ensemble Gala featuring the Leicester-Shire Schools Symphony Orchestra, Concert Orchestra, Intermediate Wind Band and Intermediate Strings.
The arrangements for the above concert are as follows:-
Rehearsals at The Civic Hall, Bedworth – 31st March
LSSO - 1.15pm – 2.15pm
Concert Orchestra - 2.15pm – 3.15pm
MASSED ITEM REHEARSAL - 3.15pm – 4.00pm ( all students required)
Intermediate Strings - 4.00pm – 4.45pm
Intermediate Wind Band - 4.45pm – 5.15pm
LSMS provide transport one way for this concert as we assume parents will want to come and watch. Children in Intermediate Strings and Intermediate Band can use these coaches but must be prepared to wait until their rehearsal time in Bedworth Civic Hall. They will not be allowed out unless we receive written confirmation from you. Coaches will leave as below. Please could students arrive 10 minutes before their departure time. The coaches will not wait! All Parents / Carers bringing students to catch the bus are asked to park away from the College buildings.
LSSO depart 12.00pm FROM WIGSTON COLLEGE
CO / IS /IB depart 1.00pm FROM WIGSTON COLLEGE
If you are intending to use the LSMS Transport, please email lsmsperformance@leics.gov.uk to ensure we have enough seats on the coach.
Intermediate Strings Ensemble & Intermediate Wind Band students making their own way to the venue should arrive 15 minutes before the Massed rehearsal time.
