Leics Celebrate Diwali

Performances by Leicester young musicians alongside celebrated South Asian artist Daljit Neer and his son Billu Neer. An exciting programme of South Asian music, as well as innovative collaborative performances bringing together traditional South Asian music and dance styles with our current Western ensembles. This unique concert will celebrate Leicester's rich cultural diversity and showcase the power of music and dance to connect different traditions, communities and generations.

With performances from Leicestershire Music Snazzy & Strictly Strings, Leicestershire School's Symphony Orchestra, Moving Together, BAPS Swaminaryan Mandir, Avanti School, Centre of Indian Classical Dance, Loughborough Schools Foundation and Jack Jennings.
