We are specifically looking for a musician who is excited about the idea to develop a community ensemble, with a world music influence.

The project will be delivered in two phases. Phase one will be a music residency in three city schools with professional jazz musician Arun Ghosh, this will culminate in a live performance at The Spark Festival. Phase two will establish a new and sustainable world music ensemble, with and for the Braunstone Community.

This is a one-year project, delivered in partnership with Leicestershire Music Hub and funded by Youth Music and local partners.

The project will run September 2021 to August 2022. Please see the document below for more information.

Closing date for applications: 20 September
Interviews: expected to be online via Teams on 23 September
