Early Years Practitioners callout

Pedestrian are currently planning the delivery of a new and innovative digital music making programme for 0-5 year olds and their parents. We have a wealth of experience and knowledge within the project team around the areas of music making, music production, music technology and interactive technology, but currently, we are in need of more knowledge related specifically to
early years activity; particularly around engaging 0-5 year olds and their parents in accessible, interactive play. Sounds interesting… tell me more about the project!

We're delivering a pilot programme of digital music making sessions for 0-5 year olds and their parents. We'll be using all manner of interactive technology, as well as some more lo-fi approaches, encouraging young children to make music with their parents.
Think ipad apps, banging on saucepans, triggering sounds through switches and pressure pads, as well as more complex music production activities for parents to engage with.

Please see the attached document for further information.
