FREE! Primary Schools Music Network Meeting with a focus on Music Technology - Wednesday 4th March

Agenda Items:

  • Mat Anderson will be sharing a new IT programme.

You will have the opportunity to view Mr Mangle's Magical Music Factory; an exciting new music software application for Key Stage 1 & 2, Early Years and SEN.
You will have the opportunity to try it yourself at the network.

  • Creating case studies and sharing good practice.

Please bring along ideas of good music teaching practice that you are willing to share. It can be your own or that found in the school that we can use to create a case study.

  • 3. Use of iPad for teaching music

If you have an iPad please bring it with you. It would help if you could download the following apps:

Mat Andasun is a multi - instrumental performer and composer who write music for TV and film, and who produces Latin prog rock music for a small cult audience. He has been a community musician since 1993 and continues to maintain an active presence as a music practitioner in Early Years music and music for SEN through his company, Nottingham Community Music. He recently developed an exciting new music software programme for early years, Key Stages 1 & 2 and SEN called Mr Mangle's Magical Factory.
