During this session you will be introduced to cost-effective equipment ideal for creating lesson video and audio. The equipment list provided would be ideal for remote recording and streaming for teachers and students who are working from home. The training lends itself to Music lessons (due to the focus on quality audio settings and recordings) but it is available for teachers of any subject who wish to capture good quality video and audio for their online lessons.
The session would include:
- Explanations of the equipment we recommend and the reasons we recommend it.
- How to set up the equipment and good practice when doing so.
- How to record/stream lessons ensuring good quality audio and video.
The main equipment that will be used in this session is:
- YK USB2 Webcam
- USB Fifine Metal Condenser Recording Microphone
Additional equipment that will be used in this session;
- Tripods
- Speakers
- Extension cables
- USB hub.
The training is aimed at first-time or early tech users who would like guidance on what recording equipment is suitable and affordable for content for their lessons.
