An evening performance featuring the LMCT String Sinfonia, Big Band, Senior Percussion Ensemble & Flute Choir
Please be advised of the following rehearsal times for this performance.
SENIOR PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE 3.00PM - 3.30PM
STRING SINFONIA ENSEMBLE 3.30PM - 4.00PM
BIG BAND 4.00PM - 4.30PM (Please note that this is slightly earlier than previously advised)
FLUTE CHOIR 4.30PM – Quick warm up in the hall (Students will have their main rehearsal in a side room)
All members should arrive in concert dress and bring music, instruments and drinks as required. Students will be supervised at the venue between rehearsal and performance although they will be able to leave the venue as long as they sign out with staff.
Please note that there will not be any LSMS transport to the venue or home as it is anticipated that parents / carers will be attending the performance.
Students should arrive / bring concert dress and a packed meal, drinks and something to occupy themselves as required.
Tickets are priced at £6.00 Adult, £4.00 for Concessions / Accompanied Child. If attending both Holy Trinity Concerts on this day, tickets for both concerts can be bought for £10.00 Adult and £6.00 Concession / Accompanied Child.
Tickets can be paid for and picked up on the 23rd March at Holy Trinity Church from 9.40am. It would be really helpful if parents could pick up in the morning then there is not a huge queue before the performance. Cheques will need to be made payable to Leicestershire County Council.
Tickets will ONLY be available on the door prior to the performance and not in advance from LSMS – the box office will be open from 3.00pm.
Parents are advised to allow time to find a parking space. Unfortunately, off-street parking around Holy Trinity is not good at this time so please allow time to find a parking space. There are multi-storey car parks on Welford Road (entrance on Duke Street, turn 2nd left off Welford Road after the Council offices then right and by the Phoenix Theatre.
