This is an interactive practical workshop for conductors of all abilities and levels of experience.
The workshop will cover:
- Rehearsal techniques
- Score preparation
- Developing clear beating patterns and gestural language
- Increasing levels of expectation from your musicians Please be prepared to take part, and let us know in advance an instrument you would be willing to bring and play in the ensemble.
The course will be tailored to each participant's level of experience, but expect to increase your confidence level as a conductor in areas of preparation, beating and communication, leading to improved results with your own ensembles.
