Early Bird Rate Discounts - Where applicable Early Bird Rate discounts will be applied when you are invoiced for course attendance and will not show up when booking online.

Cancellation Policy - A full refund will be given if 28 days' notice of cancellation is received. Please contact LMTraining@leics.gov.uk should you need to cancel your booking within the 28 day notice period. If the cancellation is within the 28 day period, no refund will be given.
