Evening Showcase Concert

EVENING SHOWCASE CONCERT AT
LOUGHBOROUGH TOWN HALL
THURSDAY 30^TH MARCH 7.30PM

Please be advised of the following rehearsal times for this performance.

STRICTLY STRINGS ENSEMBLE
Members of the Strictly Strings should arrive at Loughborough Town Hall via the front entrance at 4.20pm where they will be registered in by LSMS staff and shown to their dressing room. They will then have an onstage rehearsal from 4.40pm – 5.10pm.

JUNIOR CONCERT BAND
Members of the Junior Concert Band should arrive at Loughborough Town Hall via the front entrance at 4.55pm where they will be registered in by LSMS staff and shown to their dressing room. They will then have an onstage rehearsal from 5.15pm – 5.45pm.

SENIOR PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE
Members of the Senior Percussion Ensemble should arrive at Loughborough Town Hall via the front entrance at 5.30pm where they will be registered in by LSMS staff and shown to their dressing room. They will then have an onstage rehearsal from 5.50pm – 6.15pm.

FLUTE CHOIR
Members of the Flute Choir should arrive at Loughborough Town Hall via the front entrance at 5.55pm where they will be registered in by LSMS staff and shown to their dressing room. They will then have an onstage rehearsal from 6.15pm – 6.40pm.

JUNIOR PERCUSSION ENSEMBLE
Members of the Junior Percussion Ensemble should arrive at Loughborough Town Hall via the front entrance at 6.20pm where they will be registered in by LSMS staff and shown to their dressing room. They will then have an onstage rehearsal from 6.40pm – 7.05pm.

ALL GROUPS:
All members should arrive in concert dress and bring music, instruments plus a packed tea and drinks as required. Students will be supervised at the venue between rehearsal and performance. Please note that there will not be any LSMS transport home as it is anticipated that parents / carers will be attending the performance.

Tickets will be available on the 20^th February from Loughborough Town Hall, priced £6.00 Adult, £5.00 for concessions and can be booked online, by telephone (01509 231914) or directly from the Box Office at the venue, which is open from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Saturday and also opens half an hour before performances. NB.Tickets cannot be bought through Leicester-Shire Schools Music Service.

Following the performance, students will leave the venue via the main entrance and can meet parents / carers in the foyer. Students MUST sign out with staff before leaving the venue.
